Cindy is a business consultant, accountant, and corporate controller with more than 25 years of experience with for profit and non-profit businesses that range in size from startups and small businesses to medium sized companies. She acquired her accounting and financial management skills as an employee at companies such as L&L Floor Covering, Tucson Greyhound Park, Stripping Technologies, and Jim Edwards Construction and non-profits such as Amity and Desert Survivors. These experiences built the foundation for consulting with more than 100 small businesses in North America since 2003.
Cindy attended the University of Arizona and graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. She has been a Certified QuickBooks Advanced Pro Advisor since 2009. She is also certified in QuickBooks for Point of Sale and Enterprise Solutions.
Cindy’s corporate experience together with her small business ownership and small business consulting experience gives Cindy special insight and understanding of the challenges facing business owners, their managers, employees, and families today.
Cindy and her husband, George, established the Small Business Advisory Group in 2009 with the objective of “helping business succeed”.
Cindy has day to day responsibility for the SBA Bookkeeping Services division of the Small Business Advisory Group.
